I support adults in mid-life who coping with trauma, grief, addiction/recovery and/or sexual health and wellness concerns. I specialize in and frequently work with military and veteran clients.  I offer mindfulness based approaches and am familiar with ACT, vipassana/Buddhist meditation, and contemplative Christian traditions. I provide EMDR, FLASH,CPT, moral injury treatment and other embodied practices, including yoga. I am a member of the SOF network, a national provider network whose members are vetted for experience with SF communities.
