I treat adults with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, OCD, life transitions, or low self-esteem. I also help to support and teach coping skills to individuals, or couples, experiencing any difficulties that can arise during pre-pregnancy, while pregnant, and after childbirth. With my diverse work history, I have created a unique perspective on how to treat and help my clients in ways you won’t find with other therapists. I use a combination of traditional talk therapy, strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and lots of humor to help people gain the confidence and tools they need to feel better. No matter the reason for therapy, a person needs a place they feel safe to flourish again.
