I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in women’s health, trauma and anxiety.  In addition to mindfulness-based, cognitive and dynamically informed therapy, I integrate mind-body practices in my clinical work, including biofeedback.  I also offer mindfulness coaching for individuals and small groups.
