Areas of specialty: grief, unattached burdens, legacy burdens (inherited trauma), post concussion mood issues, traumatic brain injury recovery support, aging, end of life issues, caregiver support, dementia support, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in MA, a Board Certified Psychosynthesis trained Life Coach, and a life-long Insight meditation practitioner (since 1990), I support clients in their healing process. I help motivated clients gain greater psychological flexibility and emotional resiliency; to experience more ease and wellbeing in their lives. Somatic/body-centered trauma healing, mindfulness, nervous system regulation skills, polyvagal exercises, IFS, psychosynthesis, Nonviolent Communication skills, Buddhist psychology, and embodied dreamwork are tools offered. My style is relational, warm, and also direct. As a coach, I work with clients all over the world. I often have a waiting list but I try to prioritize those dealing with post-concussion related mood challenges or those with a recent Mild Cognitive Impairment diagnosis (dementia).
