Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 trained. Here are some of my areas of specialty: grief, unattached burdens, legacy burdens (inherited trauma), post concussion mood issues, traumatic brain injury recovery support, aging, end of life issues, caregiver support, dementia support, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in MA, a Board Certified Psychosynthesis trained Life Coach, and a life-long Insight meditation practitioner (since 1990), I support clients in their healing process. I help clients gain a greater psychological flexibility and emotional resiliency; to experience more ease and wellbeing in their lives. Somatic/body-centered trauma healing, mindfulness, nervous system regulation skills, polyvagal exercises, IFS, psychosynthesis, Nonviolent Communication skills, Buddhist psychology, and embodied dreamwork are tools offered. As a coach, I work with clients all over the world. I often have a waiting list but will prioritize those dealing with post-concussion related mood challenges.
