Do you have inspiring insights, ideas, and stories that you wish could help more than those in your practice? Have you considered writing, maybe a book or a blog, a children’s story or something else entirely? Do you have an idea file, or even a draft? The world of publishing can feel overwhelming, but we can discuss and demystify the process and share our ideas in this workshop from IMP faculty and author Dr. Chris Willard.
We’ll cover:
- Identifying your unique message and target audience
- Writing compelling pitches and query letters
- Building relationships with editors and agents
- Overcoming imposter syndrome, writer’s block introversion, and the “ick” of marketing and social media
Whether you’re dreaming of writing a book, contributing to major publications, or just curious about how it all works, you are welcome to join us to learn more!
