Buddhist Psychology is perhaps best known for emphasizing and diagnosing suffering. The Three Poisons of Greed, Hatred and Delusion are the foundation of understanding human misery. Yet the Dharma is also rich with pointings toward thriving and well-being. This workshop will explore the Seven Factors of Awakening, a direct pointing to the raw materials needed to end suffering. We’ll consider how this applies in clinical practice, and how these factors can be directly experienced in meditation.
