Buddhist teachings, or Dharma, offer a profound theory of mind and human psychology. This workshop series will explore core Dharma frameworks and their practical applications in clinical settings—often without directly using terms like “mindfulness,” “meditation,” or “Buddhist.”
We’ll also examine how Buddhist psychology intersects with Western therapeutic approaches, including:

✅ ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
✅ IFS (Internal Family Systems)
✅ Freudian & Psychodynamic perspectives
