Join Henry Shukman for a full-day retreat in Cambridge, MA, hosted by IMP Founding President Susan Pollak and co-sponsored by the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and Harvard Medical School.
The retreat includes guided meditations, dharma talks drawing from traditional and modern sources, and selected poetry. Periods of shared silence and stillness will help ground the day.
Participants will have opportunities to reflect together on their practice and engage directly with Henry during extended Q&A sessions.
