Many of my clients are women who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or chronic pain. I help my clients heal their relationships with their bodies, overcome anxiety, and embrace a life filled with rest, ease, and joy. I am a body-centered therapist, which means I use mindfulness and other mind-body tools and practices to support healing and growth. I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy.
