Anxiety, depression, chronic self-criticism, interpersonal issues, and life transitions—often rooted in trauma and early relationship wounding. Using mindfulness, somatic awareness, and contemplative practice, my work supports clients in increasing emotional resilience and cultivating the capacity to stay present with their internal experience. My approach is relational, present-centered, and gently informed by spiritual inquiry. I often work with individuals who identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent, and those drawn to inner work as a path of healing and growth.
