I provide primarily Mindfulness and Self-Compassion based psychotherapy to adults and older teens seeking to address concerns related to anxiety, panic, depression, role changes, shame, rumination, social anxiety, phobias, stress, relational diffculties, attachment issues, failure to thrive issues, opposition and defiance, and adhd to name a few. I have developed a method called the 4Cs (Collaboration, Connection, Compassion, and Change) that draws on Self-Compassion Psychology, Mindfulness and Acceptance Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Creative/Child Therapy to address these needs. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment, so we will carefully assess your strengths, concerns, and goals to develop a plan that works best for you.
