My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and goal-oriented. Integrating Mindfulness Practices, trauma-informed/sensitive therapies such as EMDR and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) with psychodynamic psychotherapy. I utilize this integrative approach to support and address desired behavior change and address symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic health problems, career and life transitions. I work with adults ages 24+ and older.

I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Advanced Certification from the Institute for Trauma & Disaster Mental Health, a graduate of the EMDR Clinical Affiliate Program at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP) Trauma Treatment Center and I hold certificates from The Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy (IMP), and Nalanda Institute’s Contemplative Psychotherapy Program for the integration of Mindfulness, Compassion and Embodiment with contemporary neuropsychology, and psychotherapy.
