Connection and Community

Two decades ago, the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy emerged out of deep friendships that were formed and nurtured at in-person gatherings in homes and in public spaces. Connection and community are at the heart of IMP and we are rekindling the connection and community of IMP in the era of Zoom with its challenges and opportunities.
