I practice Solution Focused Brief therapy, a respectful mode of inquiry that asks:what you hope to achieve? what it will mean to you to have it? what do you already have in place to help you achieve it?  and, what can you add? to get  the results you seek as seamlessly as possible. I use methods from deliberate practice to monitor my own work to be sure I am providing the best services possible.
