Buddha Mind Group for Anxiety & Stress
Beginning March 20, 2018 and runs 10 weeks

The next Buddha Mind Group is now forming, to start mid-march. It is a 10-week course on the fundamentals of meditation, mindfulness and chair yoga for managing stress, difficult emotions, and addictive patterns. Students learn the concepts and practices of meditation to cultivate steady patterns in mind, body and nervous sytem, emotional resilience and well-bein. 90-minute small group meetings allow individual attention and personalized instruction. Tentatively scheduled for Tuesday evenings at 5:30-7pm.  It's a structured but light-hearted experiential and didactic group Cost is 60$/week. Limited scholarships/reduced fee available.
